Please read these terms carefully before using the Flux platform. They outline your rights and responsibilities as a user.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Binding Agreement
By accessing or using the Flux platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
Organization Authority
If you are using Flux on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Flux.
2. Description of Service
Platform Overview
Flux is a visual workflow platform that enables users to build, configure, and execute AI agent workflows. The platform includes a workflow builder, agent template library, execution engine, tool integrations, and action steps.
Agent Workflows
Users can create multi-step workflows composed of AI agent steps and deterministic action steps (such as sending emails). Each step can be configured with specific tools, prompts, tasks, and approval requirements.
Template Library
Flux provides a library of pre-built agent templates and action templates that users can use as starting points for their workflows.
3. User Accounts
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Account Responsibility
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Flux is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access to your account.
Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to update it as necessary.
4. Acceptable Use
Lawful Use
You agree to use Flux only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the platform to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Prohibited Agent Uses
You may not configure agents or workflows to generate illegal content, harass individuals, spread misinformation, perform unauthorized data collection, or engage in any activity that could harm others.
Prompt Responsibility
You are responsible for the prompts, configurations, and instructions you provide to AI agents. Outputs generated by agents are your responsibility to review before use.
Approval Gates
Flux provides approval gates for sensitive actions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving or rejecting agent actions when prompted. Bypassing or ignoring approval mechanisms is done at your own risk.
5. Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain ownership of the workflows, prompts, templates, and data you create on Flux. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Public Templates
When you mark a template as public, you grant Flux and other users a non-exclusive license to use, display, and build upon that template within the platform.
Private Data
Private workflows, execution data, and agent outputs are not shared with other users, used for training, or made publicly accessible unless you explicitly choose to share them.
6. Workflow Execution and Limitations
AI Accuracy
AI agent outputs are generated by third-party language models and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content. Flux does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated output.
Rate Limits
We may impose rate limits on workflow executions, API calls, and other platform operations to ensure fair usage and platform stability.
Email Delivery
Emails sent via action steps are delivered through SendGrid and are subject to SendGrid's acceptable use policies and delivery limitations. Flux does not guarantee email delivery.
7. Limitation of Liability
As-Is Service
Flux is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
No Warranties
We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI-generated content is not guaranteed to be accurate or appropriate.
Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flux's total liability for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Flux in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
User Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion option. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Platform Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Flux if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or use the platform in ways that could harm other users or the service.

Upon account termination, we will retain your data for up to 30 days to allow for account recovery. After that period, your data will be permanently deleted unless legally required to be retained.

You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Flux platform without our prior written consent.
Impersonation
You may not impersonate other users, Flux employees, or any other person or entity when using the platform.
